Caroline Gieryn is a corporate lawyer who represents private and public company clients on a wide range of corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Gieryn was a corporate associate at another law firm, where she represented domestic and foreign companies and financial institutions primarily in capital market transactions, debt financings and corporate governance matters. Ms. Gieryn was previously an investment banking analyst and worked with both private and public companies to help execute mergers and acquisitions as well as leveraged finance and capital market transactions.
