Brett Atanasio represents a variety of clients on a broad range of securities litigation and enforcement matters. He was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2016.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Atanasio completed an internship with Penn State Law’s Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic, where he assisted veterans and servicemembers in claims before VA Regional Offices and the Board of Veterans’ Appeals. During law school he was also a summer honors intern for the Appeals Division of the New York City Law Department. He also previously worked as a project administrator for Deloitte Transaction and Business Analytics LLP. 

Mr. Atanasio’s comment on insider trading legislation was published in Volume 121 of the Penn State Law Review

While completing his undergraduate degree, Mr. Atanasio was a policy and communications intern for the US Senate Office of the Majority Leader and a legislative intern on energy, agriculture and the environment issues for the office of Senator Robert P. Casey, Jr.
