Brandon Roul provides strategic counsel to clients responding to government investigations and congressional oversight. His practice focuses on anti-discrimination matters, with an emphasis on Title VI and Title VII compliance.

While in law school, Mr. Roul interned with three different civil rights organizations. He also worked as a corporate governance and racial equity project intern at his school’s center for racial justice. Prior to joining the firm full-time, Mr. Roul was an SEO Law Fellow. Mr. Roul is committed to pro bono service, with a practice concentrated on civil rights and immigration issues.

Experience

    • Participated in securing a landmark federal court victory restoring voting rights to hundreds of thousands of citizens through a statewide class action challenge to post-conviction disenfranchisement.
    • Assisted in preparing a senior official for a hearing before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.
    • Represent universities in connection with federal investigations under Title VI.
    • Conduct internal reviews for nonprofit and for-profit institutions to assess compliance with civil rights and anti-discrimination laws.
