Bo Seo focuses his practice on international arbitration and complex litigation matters. He maintains a pro bono practice in civil rights and public international law.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Seo clerked for Justice Rachel Wainer Apter of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. In law school, he was a research assistant to Professor Martha Minow and former Canadian Supreme Court Justice Rosalie Silberman Abella. 

Mr. Seo is the author of Good Arguments, translated into ten languages, about his experience as a two-time world champion debater. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Seo worked as national reporter for The Australian Financial Review and a commentator on television.
