Ben Ernst

Ben Ernst is a senior associate who focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation.
Mr. Ernst returned to the firm in 2019 after clerking for the Honorable Rya W. Zobel of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
While pursuing his legal education, Mr. Ernst completed two judicial internships for judges in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, first with the Honorable Patti B. Saris and later with the Honorable Nathaniel M. Gorton.
Prior to law school, Mr. Ernst was a student legal intern in the Criminal and Public Integrity Bureaus of the New York State Attorney General's Office.
