Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Grigorian was a summer associate at another law firm in New York where he rotated between the Capital Markets, Finance and Derivative practices. Mr. Grigorian also served as a judicial intern for The Honorable George A. O'Toole Jr. in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
