Armen J. Grigorian

Armen Grigorian advises clients on a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, commercial leasing, real estate finance and real estate aspects of corporate business transactions. Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Grigorian was a summer associate at another law firm in New York where he rotated between the Capital Markets, Finance and Derivative practices. Mr. Grigorian also served as a judicial intern for The Honorable George A. O'Toole Jr. in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
