Aonkan Ghosh is an associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department and a member of the International Arbitration Practice Group. 

He is particularly experienced in investor-state disputes and public international law. He has represented several claimants as well as states in treaty-based arbitrations. In addition, Mr. Ghosh has extensive experience in international commercial arbitrations under the ICC, LCIA, and SIAC Rules across a range of industry sectors. Given his background and prior experience working in India, Mr. Ghosh is also frequently involved in India-related disputes.
