Annaka Merrick advises investment advisers, investment funds, broker-dealers and other financial institutions on a wide range of regulatory, compliance and enforcement matters. She joined the firm in 2023. While in law school, she was a legal intern for OutSystems where she focused on corporate transactions. Ms. Merrick was also a research assistant for the Prisoners’ Rights Clinic and a teaching assistant for several first year courses.
