Andy Reynolds advises clients, including investment advisors and investment management companies, on securities-related regulatory and corporate matters. Ms. Reynolds also maintains an active pro bono practice in the areas of immigration and Title IX claims.
Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Reynolds was a corporate associate at a leading international law firm in New York and her practice was focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions. During law school, she served as a student honors program intern in the Asset Management Unit of the US Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement.
