Anastasiia Zeleniuk is a solicitor of England and Wales who focuses on antitrust and competition law. Ms. Zeleniuk regularly advises on EU and UK merger control and assists clients in complex cross-border merger and FDI proceedings. In particular, she recently was part of the WilmerHale team that secured a conditional UK Phase I merger approval in the oil & gas sector. 

Ms. Zeleniuk also regularly advises clients on other competition and EU regulatory matters. In particular, Ms. Zeleniuk has been part of the team representing a client in an appeal before the EU Courts in an important state aid matter and has been part of the team advising on a cartel investigation. 

Her practice covers a broad range of industries, including oil & gas, automotive, software, commodities and healthcare. 

Before joining WilmerHale, Ms. Zeleniuk was an associate at a leading Ukrainian competition law firm and focused on obtaining concerted actions approvals and merger control clearance for numerous global transactions in Ukraine as well as defending clients in antitrust investigations.
