Allison Bingxue Que

Allison Que represents companies and executives facing complex commercial litigation matters in both federal and state courts, including class actions, false advertisement, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract and defamation matters. She has advised clients from a wide range of industries including biotech, fintech, gaming, semiconductor and agricultural technology. As a Mandarin speaker who has obtained law degrees and worked in both the United States and China, Ms. Que has also leveraged her unique intercultural background to counsel Chinese companies facing litigation in the United States. 

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Que was an associate at a global law firm and clerked for the Honorable Eva M. Guzman of the Supreme Court of Texas. While in law school, Ms. Que externed for National Employment Law Project and participated in the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic and the Supreme Court Clinic.
