Alexandra Stanley focuses her practice on complex securities enforcement matters and investigations. She regularly represents entities and individuals in investigations and enforcement proceedings before the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.  

Previously, Ms. Stanley was an associate in the securities group of another prominent global law firm. While pursuing her law degree, she was a legal intern for the US Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Fraud Section; the US Department of the Treasury’s Office of the General Counsel for the Special Inspector General for the Troubled Asset Relief Program; and the World Health Organization’s Western Pacific Regional Office in the Philippines. 

Ms. Stanley maintains an active pro bono practice, most recently successfully representing a client in an adoption trial in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
