Ajan Jayant focuses his practice on cybersecurity and securities litigation and enforcement matters.

Mr. Jayant has a background in cloud computing, computer networking, and mobile app development having worked as a software development engineer for multiple companies including Amazon Web Services. At Amazon Web Services, Mr. Jayant developed mission-critical software that supported Amazon.com during high-velocity events such as Prime Day and Cyber Monday. During law school, he worked as a legal intern with Dovel Technologies, where he consulted on matters related to compliance and transactions. He also served as a legal clinic assistant with the King County Bar Association in Washington state.
