Revised Processing Procedures for the Adjustment of Status Applications Introduced by USCIS

On July 17, 2007, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that, effective immediately, it will begin to accept employment-based applications to adjust status from aliens whose priority dates are current under the July Visa Bulletin, No. 107. Applications filed no later than August 17, 2007, will be accepted. The current fee schedule will apply to all applications filed pursuant thereto.
