The European Competition group has recently published the 3rd edition of the Guide to EC Merger Regulation. The Guide is designed to combine a clear and concise explanation of the EC merger control process, with a compact collection of all relevant legal texts. The Guide incorporates the 2004 amendments to the Merger Regulation and supporting legislation and Commission notices and is thus fully up-to-date. As with previous editions of the Guide, we hope that it will provide ready answers to the most frequently asked questions about the EC merger regime.
