In an article titled, “British Subsidies Post-Brexit: At the Crossroads of EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation and the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement?,” Mr. O’Daly, Ms. Tzifa and Mr. Bruc discuss the interactions between the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA), the UK Subsidy Control Act 2022 and the Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR).
The White Paper is part of a comprehensive and practice-oriented Wolters Kluwer: Antitrust and Competition Law publication edited by Lena Hornkohl of the University of Vienna.
