House of Lords' Bribery Act Report Asks the Right Questions

Excerpt: The House of Lords Bribery Act 2010 Committee published its “post-legislative scrutiny” report on March 14, 2019. The committee gave a positive review of the Bribery Act itself, saying it was an “excellent piece of legislation, which creates offenses which are clear and all-embracing” but, away from the black letter law of the legislation itself, questions remain around the application and enforcement of the act.
