Developer of manufacturing solutions for silicon cell manufacturers, 1366 Technologies, has raised $9 million in Series D funding from strategic partners and return investors. The new funding will be used to further their scaling plans and brings them closer to realizing their vision for the future where solar energy displaces coal as the cheapest fuel source on the planet.

Mick Bain led the WilmerHale team representing 1366 in this transaction, with a team that included Jenna Ventorino, Brett Bromann, Jasmine Haddad and Heidi Treiber.
