Corporate Board Member magazine today announced this year’s list of America’s Best Corporate Law Firms, naming WilmerHale as the best corporate law firm in the Boston metro area based on surveys from over 2,200 directors and general counsels. The firm is also featured as among the 20 best national law firms as ranked by 240 general counsels. This is the ninth annual America’s Best Corporate Law Firms study, which was again sponsored by FTI Consulting.

Corporate Board Member/FTI Consulting’s annual study identifies the top 20 national corporate law firms and the top corporate law firm in 25 major metropolitan areas, according to general counsel and directors serving on boards of publicly traded companies.
