WilmerHale represented Accion Systems Inc., a space technology startup led by MIT graduates, in raising $7.5 million in Series A funding. The company has developed a miniature space propulsion system for small satellites, a multibillion-dollar annual market.
 
The WilmerHale team on the transaction was led by Partner Mick Bain and included Senior Associate Stephanie Singer and Associate Colin Beauvais.
