Wilmer has been advised by the United Way of the National Capital Area that the firm will have the top law firm campaign in the city for the fourth straight year. Our 1998 United Way Campaign yielded record levels with a current total of $122,200, an impressive 27 percent increase over 1997.

In addition to increasing the dollars, we increased our number of givers by approximately 25 percent. Giving by nonlegal staff, measured both in givers and in dollars, doubled. The 1998 Campaign proved once again Wilmer's unique commitment to the United Way Campaign and the special needs of our community.
