United Nations Association Recognizes Hale and Dorr Counsel

Cris Revaz, a member of Hale and Dorr's Government and Regulatory Affairs Department in Washington, DC, was nominated and awarded the Human Rights Award from the United Nations Association. The award is given to someone associated with their organization that has made a significant contribution to human rights. Mr. Revaz currently co-chairs the International Human Rights Committee.

Each year the United Nations Association of the National Capital Area hosts a Human Rights Day commemorating the adoption of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights. This year, the ceremony took please on Human Rights Day, Tuesday, December 10, in the ornate Caucus Room of the Russell Senate Office Building.
