For the second consecutive year, company directors named Hale and Dorr as the best corporate law firm in Boston, according to the third annual legal survey conducted by Corporate Board Member magazine.

The magazine’s July/August issue, “America’s Best Corporate Lawyers,” ranks the top five local firms in 50 major U.S. markets. Surveyed directors were asked to name the local firms they would most likely turn to for a broad range of corporate legal issues. Directors taking part in the survey serve on boards of publicly traded companies listed with the NASDAQ, New York, or American Stock Exchanges.
