WilmerHale Real Estate Partner Mark Pollak was recently honored with two significant awards for his legal contributions in the Baltimore area.

On October 18, Mr. Pollak was recognized with the 2005 Downtown Partnership Award during the Downtown Partnership of Baltimore’s Annual Meeting. He was honored for his many years of work with the Partnership, serving as legal counsel to the organization and as Secretary of the Partnership Board.

One month later, on November 18, Mr. Pollak received The Daily Record’s 2005 Maryland Leadership in Law Award. Only twenty-four outstanding members of Maryland’s legal community received this prestigious award “based on the efforts they have invested in bettering the legal profession, as well as the communities in which they live and work, and on how they have striven, through mentoring efforts, to promulgate a strong future generation of professional and community leaders.”
