Lloyd Cutler was quoted in a Legal Times article about the secret 1942 trial of eight Nazi saboteurs, six of whom were subsequently executed. Lloyd was present at the trial, serving as a junior law clerk for the prosecution (A Special Issue: The Century, "Death Sentences Behind Closed Doors," December 20, 1999, p. 20).
