Hale and Dorr Represents Infinium in $105 Million Acquisition

On October 28th, Infinium Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: INFM), a provider of web-integrated enterprise business applications, announced that it had agreed to be acquired for approximately $105 million in cash by SSA Global Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise solutions for manufacturing, consumer and services companies worldwide. The transaction, structured as a cash merger of a wholly-owned subsidiary of SSA with Infinium, is subject to regulatory and other customary conditions and is expected to be completed in December 2002. The Infinium corporate team consisted of Jay Bothwick, Eric Burnett and Laurie Harrison.
