Partner George Shuster, Jr. has been named to M&A Advisor's 2013 "40 Under 40" list. This global recognition honors leading M&A, financing and turnaround professionals and promotes mentorship and professional development amongst emerging business leaders. Winners were selected by an independent judging panel of distinguished business leaders focusing on recent accomplishments and contributions in their industry. On Tuesday, October 1, The M&A Advisor will host an Awards Gala at the New York Athletic Club in Manhattan, in conjunction with the 2013 Emerging Leaders' Summit.

Shuster is a member of the firm's Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring and Debt Finance Groups. His practice includes distressed M&A transactions for acquirers and targets, as well as acquisition finance in both distressed and non-distressed contexts, with a particular expertise in transactions having cross-border and intellectual property components.
