WilmerHale’s Dayton office has been named among the Dayton Area’s “Best Places to Work” by the Dayton Business Journal. Since its opening in 2010, the firm’s Business Services Center has grown to 250 employees, including administrative support and discovery attorneys, which are critical to the firm’s business needs and e-discovery endeavors.
The “Best Places to Work” list ranks top companies in the area, with honorees identified through results from an employee survey. The survey measures employees' feedback on local and overall leadership, compensation and training, workplace flexibility and diversity. This is the third consecutive year that WilmerHale’s Dayton office has placed on a top workplace list.
“WilmerHale takes pride in employees—both attorneys and staff—and it’s wonderful to have this recognition confirming that employees feel proud of their work and the firm,” said Kay Phillips, Human Resources Manager located at the firm’s Business Services Center. “It’s an honor to be recognized in this manner and as we continue to build our presence here, we expect to continue to be a positive influence within the Dayton community.”
The “Best Places to Work” were honored during a celebratory dinner on April 24 at the Wintergarden in The Schuster Center in Dayton.
