WilmerHale client Owl Labs shared that it has come out of stealth and announced a $6M Series A financing led by Matrix Partners. Founded by CEO Max Makeev and CTO Mark Schnittman, both formerly of iRobot, with the help of recruited talent from HubSpot, the company is building an IoT video conferencing hardware product promising the inclusive meeting experience remote employees need and deserve.

WilmerHale Partner Gary Schall led the team representing Owl Labs in this financing round, which also included Peter Roth and Ariel Soiffer.
