WilmerHale has been named a Law360 2026 Massachusetts Powerhouse, a recognition honoring firms for the strength and impact of their work across the state.

In its profile of the firm, Law360 spotlighted WilmerHale's role in securing the dismissal of antitrust claims in litigation over the New England Clean Energy Connect transmission project, along with the firm's representation of Thermo Fisher Scientific in its $8.88 billion acquisition of Clario Holdings Inc.

Partner Andrew Bonnes told Law360 that the Clario transaction "sits at the intersection of life sciences and tech — two areas in which WilmerHale is among the market leaders — so it was an ideal opportunity to showcase some of the firm's greatest strengths."

The profile also highlighted the depth of the firm's Boston office, home to roughly 250 lawyers handling both litigation and transactional work at 60 State Street, where WilmerHale has been based for more than five decades.
