WilmerHale ranked first in the nation on Law360 Pulse's 2026 Pro Bono ranking, placing first among the largest law firms (601 or more attorneys). The ranking is based on the percentage of attorneys spending the American Bar Association's yearly recommendation of 50 hours or more on pro bono cases. 

More than half of the firm's US lawyers performed more than 50 pro bono hours in 2025, and 99.7% of WilmerHale's US lawyers participated in pro bono service that year.
