WilmerHale Co-Sponsors Equal Justice Works Fellow with Vertex and Greater Boston Legal Services

Firm News

WilmerHale is pleased to co-sponsor an Equal Justice Works Class of 2027 Fellow in partnership with client Vertex.

The firm is sponsoring Jenny Pigge, a graduating student at Harvard Law School, who will be hosted by Greater Boston Legal Services, where she will launch her fellowship project in September. Through her fellowship, Pigge aims to preserve and expand access to housing subsidies – particularly for people with disabilities – through advocacy, partnerships, and direct legal representation.

Equal Justice Works Fellowships support early‑career lawyers pursuing public interest work that addresses critical unmet legal needs in underserved communities. Equal Justice Works is a nonprofit organization that connects law students and lawyers with legal services organizations nationwide to advance equity under the law. Through its fellowship programs, the organization helps launch public service careers while strengthening access to legal assistance for communities most in need.

WilmerHale has a longstanding commitment to pro bono service and public interest initiatives and is proud to support the next generation of public service leaders through its partnership with Equal Justice Works.
