WilmerHale has been named a finalist in five categories of the Global Competition Review (GCR) 2026 Awards, recognizing the firm’s creative, strategic and innovative work on some of the most significant competition matters of the past year. 

Each year, GCR invites its global readership to vote on the matters, teams and individuals that have shaped the antitrust and competition landscape. The awards honor outstanding achievements across private practice, corporate legal departments, economic consultancies, academic institutions and competition authorities for work conducted in 2025.

  • Litigation of the Year – Non‑Cartel Defense: Recognizing creative, strategic and innovative litigation on behalf of a defendant in a non‑cartel private action. 
    Maximilian Klein v Meta Platforms

Voting is open until Monday, February 9, 2026. The winning matters will be officially announced at GCR’s 16th Annual Awards Ceremony on March 24, 2026 in Washington, DC.
