Counsel Holly Ovington has been recognized by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as an Up & Coming Lawyer—an accolade awarded to attorneys who have demonstrated exceptional promise and achievement as emerging leaders in the legal profession early in their careers. 

As counsel in the firm's Antitrust and Competition Practice, Ovington focuses her practice on antitrust litigation, including cases involving monopolization, restraints of trade, and other forms of anti-competitive behavior, across a wide variety of industries and sectors.   Her expertise covers all stages of litigation, and her practice also encompasses matters situated at the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property law. 

Ovington was selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for Antitrust Litigation from 2024-2026, and for Antitrust Law in 2026.  She has also been named to Boston Magazine’s Top Lawyers list for Antitrust Law in 2024 and 2025, and as a Massachusetts Super Lawyers “Rising Star” for her Antitrust Litigation practice since 2019.

An awards ceremony in Boston this March will recognize honorees for their outstanding achievements in the legal profession.
