WilmerHale advised Constellation Wealth Capital (“CWC”), a strategic investor providing capital solutions exclusively to support the long-term growth of independent wealth management firms and multi-family offices, in its minority investment in Greenwood Gearhart, a Northwest Arkansas-based registered investment advisor. CWC’s investment will help Greenwood elevate its client experience, advance technology solutions, attract top talent, and expand investment opportunities. The transaction signed and closed on November 13, 2025.
