WilmerHale Named a 2025 Top Place to Work by The Boston Globe

Recognition

WilmerHale’s Boston office has earned recognition as one of Massachusetts’s 2025 Top Places to Work by The Boston Globe for the tenth year. This annual list features 175 organizations that, according to the publication, exceed expectations in supporting and adapting to their employees’ evolving needs inside and outside the workplace.

The publication collaborated with Energage Inc., an independent employee engagement firm, to administer an anonymous survey involving over 314 businesses throughout the Commonwealth. Organizations selected for the list were evaluated exclusively on survey feedback provided by more than 120,000 employees covering topics such as professional development, leadership, and innovation. Respondents assessed their employers using criteria including leadership quality, organizational values, training opportunities, benefits, and additional relevant metrics.

The Boston office's Top Places to Work accolade is one of several distinctions the firm has achieved over the past year. In addition, the firm's offices in Washington, Denver, Palo Alto, and San Francisco were recognized as leading workplaces within their respective regions by The Washington Post, Denver Post, and San Francisco Chronicle.
