She is known for her crisis management abilities, having represented global technology companies facing regulatory and media scrutiny, and has provided counsel to clients navigating high-stakes litigation and regulatory challenges.

Counsel, Sonia Sujanani is a finalist in the Law Firm Collaborative Leadership category, which honors women who exemplify exceptional teamwork and cooperation. Sonia focuses her practice on securities, class action, and consumer fraud litigation, representing public companies and financial institutions in complex cases across the country. She is recognized for her ability to foster inclusive, productive environments, break down silos, and align diverse stakeholders toward common goals. Sonia has extensive experience managing high-stakes litigation alongside government investigations and is known for her strategic thinking and commitment to client service.

Honorees will be recognized at an awards dinner on October 7 as part of the Women, Influence & Power in Law Conference in Washington, DC.
