In collaboration with the DC Bar Pro Bono Center, WilmerHale lawyers staffed a pro bono small business clinic in Washington, DC, where our lawyers advised small business owners on legal topics such as entity formation, tax, real estate, employment law and other issues relevant to microentrepreneurs who operate in economically disadvantaged areas or have limited financial resources.
