WilmerHale congratulates its Partner Jeffrey Kessler on his confirmation by the US Senate as Under Secretary for Industry and Security at the US Department of Commerce.

Mr. Kessler was a partner in WilmerHale’s industry leading International Trade, Investment and Market Access Practice Group where he handled some of the most high-profile work in the international trade arena.

Mr. Kessler originally joined the firm in 2011 and rejoined in 2021, after serving for two years in the first Trump Administration as Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance at the Department of Commerce.
