Anjan Sahni Receives SABA-NJ’s Trailblazer of the Year Award

Managing Partner Anjan Sahni was named the 2024 Trailblazer of the Year by the South Asian Bar Association (SABA) of New Jersey. The SABA-NJ Board selected Sahni for his exemplary professional accomplishments and contributions to the chapter.

SABA-NJ is a voluntary association of attorneys who are dedicated to the needs, concerns and interests of the South Asian community in New Jersey. The organization supports the professional development and advancement of its members through networking opportunities, educational events, mentoring and advocacy.

"The South Asian Bar Association of New Jersey is extremely proud to honor and recognize the outstanding legal achievements and leadership of WilmerHale's managing partner, Anjan Sahni, by awarding him the 2024 Trailblazer of the Year Award,” said Prema Roddam, President of SABA-NJ. “We look forward to continuing our collaboration and partnership."

Beyond serving as WilmerHale’s managing partner, Sahni represents companies, boards and senior executives in federal and state government investigations, litigation and crisis-related matters. He represents clients in matters involving the DOJ, SEC, CFTC, Congressional Committees and State Attorneys General. Prior to rejoining the firm in 2015, Sahni was a federal prosecutor in various senior roles for over a decade at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.

Anjan Sahni was honored at SABA-NJ’s 2024 Gala in Somerset, NJ on Wednesday, October 24.
