Felicia Ellsworth Featured in a Q&A with BBA

Attorney News

As part of the Boston Bar Association’s series titled” Meet the New Managing Partner,” the organization featured Felicia Ellsworth in a Q&A. Ellsworth, Partner-in-Charge of WilmerHale’s Boston office and co-chair of the firm’s Pro Bono & Community Service Committee, discusses her new role, career highlights and advice to new lawyers in Boston, among other topics.

Excerpt: “I always encourage our younger lawyers to figure out how to make everything a learning opportunity, whether that’s the ability to be in someone’s office and listen in while they take a phone call, or join a drafting session, or to observe a court hearing to see how different lawyers might present their arguments. People should view the work as not just a job, but an opportunity to learn and improve their craft.”
