As part of its 2024 EMEA Awards, Managing IP has recognized WilmerHale for its European case work in 2023. The Managing IP Awards program recognizes remarkable IP achievements and developments in the last year.

The firm was awarded the UK Impact Case of the Year for its work on Montres Breguet SA & Ors v Samsung Electronics. Managing IP also recognized a WilmerHale team for its work on the Bristol-Myers Squibb (Apixaban) against generics matter in a special award, European Cross-border Patent Litigation Team of the Year.

Honorees were celebrated at this year’s Managing IP Awards in London, UK on April 11.
