WilmerHale recently represented Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) in its investment in Fnality, a wholesale digital cash payment system that will support tokenized, peer-to-peer markets. Fnality secured £77.7M in Series B funding, led by Goldman Sachs and BNP Paribas, with additional participation from DTCC, Euroclear, Nomura and WisdomTree.

The WilmerHale legal team representing DTCC consisted of Stephanie Evans and Hilary Baker-Jennings.
