WilmerHale Article Wins Antitrust Writing Award

The article “The Intel Judgment: (Re)balancing the Burden of Proof,” by Partners Frédéric Louis and Anne Vallery, Counsel Georgia Tzifa and Associate Édouard Bruc, was named the Best Antitrust Business Article, Unilateral Conduct category in the 2023 Antitrust Writing Awards, sponsored by Concurrences Review and the George Washington University Law School Competition Law Center.

The awards are among the most prestigious for legal writing in the antitrust practice area. According to Concurrences, the awards aim to “promote competition scholarship and contribute to competition advocacy” by recognizing the most impactful antitrust writings of the past year. The WilmerHale article was selected from a pool of over 630 writings.
