Monica Grewal Named President-Elect of the PTAB Bar Association

Partner Monica Grewal was unanimously elected President-Elect of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) Bar Association. Grewal, who co-chairs WilmerHale’s Post-Grant Proceedings Group, currently serves as Vice President of the association.

The PTAB Bar Association aims to promote the highest professional and ethical standards among those who appear before the PTAB, and to coordinate continuing legal education, pro bono opportunities, career enhancement and scholarship activities for practitioners. Grewal, who is consistently recognized among the nation’s top intellectual property lawyers, has held several leadership positions on the association’s board since its inception in 2016. As President-Elect, she will assist in advancing the association’s mission and implementing its policies, procedures and programs. At the conclusion of her one-year term, Grewal will be elected president of the association.
