Forbes, in partnership with research firm Statista, has named WilmerHale among America’s Best Mid-Size Employers for the third consecutive year. According to the publication, the recognition is its “most prestigious employer accolade awarded annually.”
America’s Best Employers were chosen based on responses from an independent survey administered to approximately 45,000 employees across the country. Respondents were asked to anonymously rate their willingness to recommend their employer to friends and family on a scale of 1 to 10. Participants were also given the opportunity to evaluate their employer on factors such as compensation, and comment on other companies within their industry. The mid-size list, which includes the 500 most recommended companies, features employers with at least 1,000 individuals working in their US operations.
