WilmerHale Ranked Second Among Top Firms for Attorney Satisfaction

A recent survey conducted by Law360 Pulse revealed that WilmerHale is ranked second among the top law firms for attorney satisfaction. The anonymous survey, which was administered to 1,209 attorneys across the country, asked respondents to rate their law firms based on five areas of satisfaction. These areas included work-life balance, job satisfaction, billable hours, opportunities for advancement and stress levels. Higher ratings indicate that attorneys are generally content with their compensation, required number of billable hours, opportunities to climb the firm’s ranks and ability to manage assigned tasks without neglecting familial obligations. WilmerHale received an average rating of 1.52 out of 5, with 1.00 representing the highest level of satisfaction.
