Partner Patrick Carome discussed Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act in an episode of the new podcast series Ellysse and Ashley Break the Internet: The Ins and Outs of the Section 230 Debate, produced by the Information Technology & Innovation Foundation.

Mr. Carome is one of the leading advocates in Section 230 litigation, and is widely known for his representation of AOL in the landmark Section 230 case Zeran v. AOL. In the podcast episode "A Brief History of Section 230, With Patrick Carome" he explored the history behind Section 230, Congress' intentions in passing it, and the foundational case that set the precedent for how courts interpret it.
