Lori Echavarria Named to the SEC Historical Society’s Board of Advisors

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Historical Society has welcomed its new Board of Advisors, naming WilmerHale Partner Lori Echavarria to its Class of 2024.

The SEC Historical Society shares, preserves and advances knowledge of the history of financial regulation, and is governed by an independent Board of Trustees and administered by its staff.

According to the organization, the Board of Advisors “is a corps of committed volunteer leaders who, while not subject to the governance and fiduciary responsibilities of the Board of Trustees, work individually and as a group to advance the mission and work of the SEC Historical Society.”
