On March 16, 2020, ZeroNorth announced that it raised a $10 million Series A+ funding round led by Crosslink Capital, along with existing investors ClearSky, Rally Ventures and Petrillo Capital. The company focuses on enabling companies to orchestrate vulnerability management and remediation programs across all phases of the software development lifecycle. As a result, ZeroNorth provides a comprehensive, continuous view of risk and reduces costs associated with managing disparate technologies.

The WilmerHale team representing ZeroNorth was led by Jason Kropp and included Ariel Soiffer, Michael Lopes, Alexandra Noymer, and Benn Waters.
